At Javena, we ensure that your order is shipped carefully, safely, and as efficiently as possible. On this page, you will find an overview of all shipping options and shipping costs within and outside the Netherlands.

Shipping and collection

We offer several options to receive your order:

• Shipping via parcel service or pallet shipment
• Delivery by appointment (NL)
• PostNL pick-up location (NL and BE)
• Collection by appointment (also available in the evening and weekends)
• Custom options such as installation and anchoring of safes

Depending on the product and weight, the most suitable shipping method is selected automatically.

Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium (excluding Wadden Islands)

For most shipments, we use PostNL via MyParcel.
Heavier or larger products are shipped via other carriers, including Transmission and Dachser.

Shipping within the EU

We also ship to various countries within the EU.
Below you will find an overview of the indicative shipping costs per country and shipment type.

Shipping outside the EU

For shipments outside the European Union, we apply indicative shipping costs, as the final shipping costs depend on weight, size, and destination.

Would you like to order from a country not listed above? This is usually not a problem.

Feel free to contact us — we ship almost worldwide and are happy to help you find a suitable shipping solution.

Collection by appointment

It is possible to collect your order by appointment:

• Collection can be scheduled flexibly
• Often available in the evening and weekends
• Your order will be ready upon arrival

Installation and anchoring (custom work)

For products such as safes, we also offer:

• On-site installation
• Anchoring / installation
• Tailored advice

This is custom work and will be discussed with you in advance.

The costs depend on the product, the situation, and the desired service.

• All listed prices are starting prices, including VAT
• For shipments outside the EU, a VAT rate of 0% applies
• Additional costs may apply for:
  • Insured shipping
  • Fragile or specially protected shipments
  • Deviating dimensions or weights
  • Custom shipping or installation

The final shipping costs are always clearly displayed during checkout, so you know exactly what to expect.
