Coordinating Delivery Date or Time

Every day we receive orders through our webshop, and of course, we’re very happy about that! We often see that orders are placed on Thursdays after 3:00 PM and on Fridays before 3:00 PM.

These specific moments always require a bit of extra attention from us. You may be wondering why… Orders placed on Thursday after 3:00 PM or Friday before 3:00 PM are usually offered for delivery on Saturday by our carrier to the consumer or company.
Especially with businesses, the carrier often finds the door closed on Saturdays, simply because many companies are not open on weekends. In such cases, the package is returned to a PostNL point or sorting center, which can lead to a delivery delay. And that's something we obviously want to avoid.

Delivery in Consultation

Are you placing an order as a consumer or business on Thursday after 3:00 PM or Friday before 3:00 PM? Then we’ll send you a message to discuss the best delivery time together. You can choose to have the package (if possible) dropped off at PostNL on Saturday or, preferably, on Monday, which would mean delivery takes place on Monday or Tuesday.
Consumers can, of course, also indicate their own preference.

When placing your order, you can easily specify when you would like to receive the package, including the preferred date and a time slot in the morning or evening. Would you prefer to collect your package at a PostNL point? That’s also possible. See more information on our ‘Delivery Time’ page.

Need Your Order Quickly? Let Us Know!

It’s possible that you urgently need your order, or part of it, for example, because of an ongoing (construction) project or another pressing reason. Let us know! Then we can assess whether the desired delivery date is realistic.
